Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GearSyncro, operated by GearSyncro Inc., a Delaware corporation. By creating an account you agree to these Terms on behalf of your shop.

Service. GearSyncro provides workshop management software including work orders, appointments, customer messaging (SMS and email), invoicing, and online booking.

Price. GearSyncro is a single plan at $119/month, billed in USD worldwide (your bank converts automatically). New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup (via Stripe). You are not charged during the trial; billing starts automatically on day 15 unless you cancel earlier from Settings → Billing.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing before the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Acceptable use. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for how your shop communicates with customers via SMS and email through the platform.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GearSyncro Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
