Privacy Policy

GearSyncro Inc. (“GearSyncro”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation (USA), provides shop management software to independent auto repair shops. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. For shops in Spain and the EU, we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR / LOPD-GDD.

Data we collect. Shop staff account details (name, email, phone), and — on behalf of your shop — customer name, phone, email, vehicle plate, repair history, appointments, invoices, and message content you enter into GearSyncro.

Purposes. Workshop management, scheduling, invoicing, SMS notifications, online booking, and transactional email via Resend. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

GDPR rights. Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting hello@gearsyncro.com. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Data isolation.Every shop's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security; shop staff can only access records belonging to their own shop.

Retention. We retain shop data for as long as the account is active and as required for legal or billing obligations after cancellation.
