Privacy Policy

GearSyncro Inc. (“GearSyncro”, “we”, “us”) provides shop management software to independent auto repair shops. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect. Account details for shop staff, and — on behalf of your shop, as our customer — the customer, vehicle, work order, appointment, and payment records you enter into GearSyncro.

How we use it. To operate the product (work orders, invoicing, scheduling, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, the AI receptionist), to process payments via Stripe, and to send transactional email via Resend.

Data isolation.Every shop's data is isolated at the database level; shop staff can only access records belonging to their own shop.
